Google account access

NikkiMail uses Google OAuth. You can revoke NikkiMail's access at any time from the third-party access section of your Google Account.

Purchases and subscriptions

NikkiMail Pro purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. Subscription management, cancellation and purchase history are available through your Apple Account.

Before contacting support

• Make sure NikkiMail is updated to the latest available version.
• Confirm that your device has an internet connection.
• If Google access was revoked, reconnect your Google account in NikkiMail.
• For purchase issues, try Restore Purchases from NikkiMail's account menu.

Privacy

Do not email us copies of private messages, passwords or authentication codes. Read our Privacy Policy for details about how NikkiMail handles Google user data.
