Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the NikkiMail application and website. By using NikkiMail, you agree to these Terms.
1. What NikkiMail does
NikkiMail is an email-cleanup utility for supported Google accounts. It helps users identify cleanup candidates, move selected messages to Trash, manage unwanted future mail, identify large emails, and optionally permanently delete Trash.
2. You remain in control
NikkiMail provides recommendations and tools, but you decide which cleanup actions to perform. Email deletion and blocking can have significant consequences. You are responsible for reviewing the action presented by NikkiMail before confirming it.
3. Google and other third-party services
NikkiMail depends on third-party services including Google and Apple. NikkiMail is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Third-party services may change their functionality, availability, policies, security requirements or pricing. Such changes may require NikkiMail to modify, suspend or discontinue features. If a paid NikkiMail service cannot be provided for a period you have already paid for, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable law and App Store policies.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
NikkiMail may offer free usage and a paid NikkiMail Pro subscription. Prices, introductory offers, billing periods and renewal terms are displayed by Apple in the App Store and in the purchase flow.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Eligibility for introductory offers is determined by Apple.
5. Availability and changes
We may improve, change or discontinue NikkiMail features over time. We do not promise that any particular third-party API or integration will remain available indefinitely.
6. Acceptable use
You may use NikkiMail only with accounts you are authorised to access and in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the services you connect to NikkiMail.
7. No guarantee of complete discovery
NikkiMail uses efficient scanning and sampling techniques to identify useful cleanup candidates in large mailboxes. It does not guarantee that every possible cleanup opportunity will be identified or that storage estimates will exactly match a provider's final storage calculation.
8. Service provided as available
To the extent permitted by law, NikkiMail is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every cleanup action will succeed, particularly when a third-party provider changes mailbox contents, service availability or API behaviour.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
10. App Store terms
Your licence to use the iOS application is also subject to the applicable Apple App Store terms and end-user licence terms.
